Proficiency Winners At Oakville
Tonight and Friday night students at Oakville high school will hold their annual commencement exercises. Academic and athletic awards will be presented to successful students at the exercises tonight. Lewis Haddlesey (LEFT) will be presented with the Lions club trophy presented annually by the Oakville Lions club to the most outstanding boy student in the graduating class. Miss Betty Perdue (RIGHT) will receive the Chapman Memorial trophy awarded to the best girl student in the fifth form. The program each night will consist of costume dances by the girl students of the school and plays by mixed casts chosen from the student body.
