Description:
Dr. McColl was born in the Scotch Block in Esquesing Township in 1863. He married Margaret L. White and they had two daughters. He graduated from the University of Toronto. He became the Medical Officer of Health for Milton. He was also a Town Councillor and Mayor. He was a member of Knox Presbyterian Church and was buried in Evergreen Cemetery.
