Description:
Dr . McCutcheon was born near Listowel, Ontario. He graduated from the University of Toronto and first practiced medicine in Hamilton. He married Virginia Don Carlos and they had three sons and three daughters. He came to Milton in 1946. He was one of the founders of Blue Cross in Ontario.
