Pumping station was located between Kerr and Wilson Streets where the current Oakville Water Purification Plant is. The pumping station was built between 1908-1909.
Inscriptions
Reverse side reads:
"Dear Mother and father,
I received your letter and am glad to hear from you. Dorothy is on her way home. Will have to cease now.
