    This picture depicts our former grains mill. It rests across from the Sixteen Mile Creek, just west of Navy Street and south of Lakeshore Rd.The traditional agraian site stored grain for families and possibly livestock. It remains open to people who now bank in the building.

    The Murray House use to serve many people in different community ways. The basement use to be a dancing room for the locals during the 1960s and 70s. There was a fine food restuarant on the first floor. It frontage supports both a Canadian and an American flag.

    This is a photo of Thomas House. It is located beside the Post Office. I think it is where the postmaster lived. Many times my friends & I walked across the porch of this historical home. The colours of blue and terra cotta are warming and soothing.
